Laser engraving is a manufacturing process which uses precise cuts to make detailed engravings. It is carved from Japanese timber, so this an item adults who enjoy changes in appearance with the passage of time. By purposely using wood instead of plastic or acrylic, we can express the look of the world of Attack on Titan. All manufacturing processes are performed in Japan.

Branding
Branding is an imprinting method that involves pressing a metal mold heated to a high temperature against a piece of wood and leaving a charred mark behind. Although the size of the printable area is smaller than in silk-screen printing, branding gives the product a handcrafted and rustic quality. You can also save on the unit price for large orders. We will create the mold required once we receive the company logo, etc., from the client.
Silk-screen printing
Silk-screen printing is an imprinting method that involves pushing ink through the open apertures of a screen by moving a squeegee back and forth. Compared to branding, this method allows printing to be performed over a wider area, and it can create more diverse representations by using the specified colors.
It is also possible to reproduce intricate letters and images that look as if they were written with a brush.
Silk-screen printing allows us to create novelty items of higher quality. We will create the required screen and carry out the printing in the colors specified by the client based on the documents and data provided to us.
Laser engraving
Laser engraving is a processing method in which a laser beam is applied to a sheet material to make engravings or cut it in a freeform manner. For this method, the engraving line data needs to be prepared on a computer before the output of the laser machine is adjusted to match the material, which allows for the precise engraving of both pictures and text. Although laser engraving is more expensive than branding or silk-screen printing, it is a popular method for original novelty items in small lots.
*The engraved image/text may not stand out as well depending on the grain of the wood as it lacks the contrast of the charred mark made by branding.
